Description
The State Agency for Tourism Development of Ukraine extended a distinguished invitation for participation in the First National Tourism Summit, scheduled to take place in the city of Chernivtsi on December 12-13, 2023.The objective of the event is to establish a platform for deliberating on strategies for tourism development in times of war and its aftermath.
Additionally, it aims to provide an opportunity to familiarize participants with the best practices in the field across European nations. The forum will encompass discussions on the following topics:
• The most effective approaches and tools for revitalizing the tourism sector in challenging conditions amid the russian aggression against Ukraine.
• The concept of establishing commemorational routes and memorialization of historical events linked to the resilient resistance of Ukrainians against russian invaders.
• Strategies and projects for the deeper integration of Ukrainian tourism into the European Union.
• Instruments and methodologies for fostering business growth within the tourism sector along with efforts to improve and upgrade infrastructure.
