Consultation response submitted to the following consultation: The Office for Students (OfS) is proposing a new approach to the regulation of harassment and sexual misconduct affecting students in registered higher education providers. This consultation sets out the background to our proposals, the reasons we are proposing to make changes and what we expect those changes to achieve.
