Dementia Commission Sprint Briefing

Description

The sprint roundtable aims to facilitate a rapid shift in mindset, behaviors, and processes to transform public services and the care pathway, specifically addressing the recommendations of the Dementia Commission. Leveraging the 'sprint' methodology, participants drawn from a ranges of backgrounds will engage in a dynamic, co-creative process to instigate immediate changes and cultivate a new approach to collaboration.

Individuals invited include patient groups, clinicians, commissioners, strategy leaders, policy makers and innovation experts to think through an innovative approach to redesigning the pathway.

The end result from the day session will be a fully mapped care pathway for a dementia patient. At each stage the recommendations of the Dementia Commission will be mapped alongside the pathway.
