Housing, Open Urban Spaces, and Engagement in Art and Culture (HOUSE) was held at the Coventry University, (ICE Building) on 17 March 2025.This one-day event, hosted by the Centre for Postdigital Cultures, (ArtSpaceCity) (https:// postdigitalcultures.org/strands/art-space-city), was funded by OfficialDevelopment Award (ODA) via Coventry University.
Attendees: Dr. Masha Alami Fariman, (UCL, Bartlett), Dr. Ahmadreza Hakiminejad (Leeds Beckett University), Prof. Andy Hewitt ( University of Northampton), Ryan Hughes (Coventry Biennial), Prof. Mel Jordan (CU Centre for Postdigital Cultures), Lorenzo Rocha (17, Institute of Critical Studies, Mexico City), Duncan Whitley (MRES, ArtSpaceCity, CU Centre for Postdigital Cultures)
The workshop event was shaped by a series of interconnected aims: to support knowledge exchange through the sharing of current practices and research interests; to strengthen networks among researchers; to identify opportunities for collaboration; and to explore potential funding pathways for future projects. The day was structured around a series of presentations in which participants shared selected past and present work, followed by an open discussion session in the afternoon.
