The School of Education hosts a MAT course whereby teachers undergo a 2 year programme of study to qualify as a teacher following their Batchelor degree. This cohort are largely in their second year and this talk shared my doctoral work and encouraged participants to reflect upon their current position, journey and plans after qualifying.
