My role as School Governor (Careers Development and Aspirations) is to play a strategic role by monitoring school performance, ensuring safeguarding measures are robust, monitoring career education, and fostering community relationships. I offer support and challenge to the headteacher, ensuring EMAT's vision and values are upheld, and oversee the development and implementation of school plans.
