Continuing with the series of Guest Lectures from eminent corporates and academics the NSBM Green University Town hosted Dr Chinthaka J. Aluthgama-Baduge from Derby Business School, University of Derby UK and Duminda Rajasinghe, Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from University of Northampton UK.This address was to an audience of academic members of three faculties at NSBM. The topic was "Qualitative research for early stage researchers and Lecturers". While narrating the emerging role of qulitative research, They explained Phenomenological approach which is based on the academic disciplines of philosophy and psychology. It has become a widely accepted method for describing human experiences modern business reseachers. Phenomenology is a qualitative research method that is used to describe how human beings experience a certain phenomenon.
