Reflect, reform and redeploy strategies to build resilience- A call for collaborative partnership

Invited Expert Lecture - International conference on 'Innovation and Resilience… Transforming Challenges Into Opportunities— I delivered an interactive session on resilience, covering individual, organizational, and community perspectives. The session was contextualized to India, as it took place during the second wave of COVID-19. I received appreciation from both the audience and the organizers for the session. As part of the lecture, I also introduced the 3-R model as a strategic framework, which laid the foundation for fostering collaborative partnerships. I am considering developing this further, either as a blog post or a conceptual academic paper. Therefore, I kindly request the team to keep the content confidential at this stage.
