Description
The International Labour Force (2022) argues that it is more difficult for women to find a job compared to men. The global labour force participation for women is just over 50%, whereas it is 80% for men (World Bank, 2022). Even if women find work, they are more likely to work in low-quality jobs (International Labour Force, 2022). The objectives of the workshop are:• Identify the needs for women in relation to female entrepreneurship programmes in public or private universities with different scales and locations.
• Identify what skills and opportunities are required to enhance women’s opportunities for work after completing higher and further education.
• Understand the impact women’s entrepreneurship programmes could offer.
