The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we view the world forever. Events, tourism and hospitality industries have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic restrictions and this has made us all wonder if there is a way back and what that would look like. Do we go back to how things were pre-pandemic, or is there scope to do things better?
