The Forum focused on "innovation and regional development” and aimed to share innovation ideas of how UK regions should effectively engage with China, bringing together dozens of senior civic, business and university leaders from Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, SEMLEP, London, Oxford and Cambridge.
