Description
As part of a panel, I facilitated a workshop based on my PhD research discussing how we make decisions and respond to on-event issues. Other panel members included Judy Bec (Event Safety Shop), Jim Davey (Redwood Events) and Serena Varney (Safety Consultant). From the workshop, I created a toolkit for event managers based on the discussions we had facilitated, as a best-practice summary.
