Description

The conference aims to examine and celebrate working-class women’s writing from 1920-2020. It includes discussion of literary texts and writers, creative practices and working-class women’s experience of academia. Our plenary speaker is Prof Selina Todd from the University of Oxford talking about Shelagh Delaney, class and cultural politics.
