The Lancet Report highlights the negative physiological effects of social isolation including confusion, anger, stress, frustration, boredom and stigma.Separation from loves ones can be terrifying during times of uncertainty and advice from the World Health Organisation, on protection mental health during coronavirus, offer several recommendations including staying connected with people. So, how can technology help us stay connected with people during period of social distancing and social isolation?
