Description
This data set comprises of the extraction of temperature, power and Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) from the simulation results on the IEEE Access paper "ABENA: An Ageing before Temperature Electromigration-Aware Neighbour Allocation for Many-Core Architectures". The data compares the conventional Round-Robin to ABENA.
