Both studies aimed to address the following research questions:

3. How can organisations establish and integrate their services into the social prescription system?
Data was collected via various qualitative methods: Telephone interviews with new dancers; interviews with dance facilitators; interview with social prescription link workers; end of term questionnaires for dancers; post exchange events questionnaires for dancers; post performance questionnaires for dancers; researcher observations of weekly dance sessions; weekly image elicitation with dancers.
