Description
A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing data from a 12-week detraining period following 12 weeks of eccentric resistance training in older adults who trained either once or twice per week. The data sheet contains data collected on lower-limb maximal and explosive strength, power, and muscle thickness and fascicle angle at baseline, post-training, mid-detraining, and post-training.
