Research activity per year
Apkar Salatian obtained a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from Strathclyde University in Glasgow in 1991.
He then obtained a PhD in Computer Science from Aberdeen University in 1997.
Apkar was a lecturer in Computer Science in Aberdeen for 12 years. He then worked as an associate professor in Computer Science at the American University of Nigeria in Nigeria for 7 years. Since 2016 he is a senior lecturer at the University of Northampton
Apkar is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has experience of both external validation and examining of undergraduate courses in other higher education institutions in the UK.
