Biography

Dr. Bernard Omoruyi Elaho is a dedicated academic professional with over 11 years of experience in higher education, research, and consultancy. A Lecturer in Project Management and  Logistics & Supply Chain Management course at the University of Northampton and is currently the Course leader for the MSc. Logistics and Supply Chain Management course He has a proven track record of leadership in programme management, curriculum design, and quality assurance.

A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), Dr. Elaho is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences through innovative digital tools and active blended learning approaches. His expertise and track record of module and curriculum development for the MSc Project Management and Logistics & Supply chain Managment program. He has supervised over 70 MSc dissertations and guided PhD candidates, consistently fostering student success.

Dr. Elaho holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a specialisation in Operations Research. His research interests focus on sustainable supply chains, risk management, and advanced supply chain modeling. He is a member of the Centre for Sustainable Business Practices (CSBP) and the Association for Project Management (APM), and has authored multiple peer-reviewed journal articles. His technical skills include quantitative analysis tools such as SMART PLS and SPSS, and he is committed to integrating digital transformation into academic practice.
