Personal profile
Biography
I am an occupational therapist with 17 years of clinical experience (in India and Qatar) and early career research experience (in Qatar). In addition to my clinical experience, I have considerable experience in developing and implementing continuing professional development activities for occupational therapists. I joined as a Lecturer in Occupational Therapy at University of Northampton since October 2023.
Research Interests
My research interests are primarily in the field of healthy engagement in daily occupations. My past research includes parental perceptions of play, occupational balance among parents, and occupational health. After entering academia, I have developed an interest in "practice readiness" of new graduates.
