Biography

Duminda Rajasinghe, PhD is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. He is an experienced academic with industry experience in HRM. Prior to Northampton University, he worked for both Salford and York Business Schools. Duminda’s research interest lies in coaching, entrepreneurship, adult learning, leadership and leadership development.

He holds a PhD from Leeds Business School, Masters from York Business School and Bsc in Computing and Information Systems from London Metropolitan University, UK. Duminda’s current research interest lies in adult learning, coaching, leadership development and entrepreneurship learning and development. He is a fellow of Higher Education Academic, UK (FHEA).

He has presented his work in Spain, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Czech Republic and in few different institutes in the United Kingdom including University of Oxford. He is also a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Prior to his academic career he worked in privet sector in Garment Manufacturing, Contract Logistic, Engineering and Food Processing industries as a Human Resource Management professional.
