Personal profile

I am a multidisciplinary fine artist working, primarily, in the mediums of installation, performance, and printmaking. I have exhibited regionally, nationally and internationally.  I am currently researching connections between printmaking and performance art practices. Particularly in relation to the ways in which knowledge and learning can develop through practices of embodiment.

In addition to being a Fine Arts practitioner, I have worked in H.E. since 2010. My roles have encompassed teaching in the visual arts, multidisciplinary arts, critical and contextual studies, research methodologies and academic study skills. I have also worked in the realms of Learning Development and Learning Design. My research in recent years has focused on Active Blended Learning as a pedagogical model and its implementation.
