Personal profile


Greta is an aspiring academic from Italy and recent graduate from an MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology where she studied social identities and representations in the field of protracted conflict. During her time at LSE she developed a lasting interest in the dynamics that sustain public trust and institutional legitimacy. Following her masters she joined the IPSCJ working in support of the institute’s projects, mainly on the Evaluation of the use of Community Sentence Treatment Requirements in a range of sites across England. 

Having received a formal training in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis she has worked with a combination of mixed methods approaches. She has worked with large numerical datasets evaluating the impact of mental health interventions delivered as part of Community Orders as well as conducted interviews with female offenders sentenced to Mental Health Treatment Requirements. Alongside working with the IPSCJ she works as a Research Assistant for the NEWNEWS project at Royal Holloway University aimed at uncovering how new media and new parties shape attention and electoral support for political ideas.
