Biography
I have worked in Learning Development for the past fifteen years in various roles. I am currently a Learning Development Tutor, a Fellow of the HEA, also obtained CeP and has a MA in History.
Research Interests
My current research interests include collaboration on a Black Student working group, aiming to address the attainment and retention gap. My main research focus is part of funded research project that has created a skills workbook for students to use throughout their studies and evaluating its effectivness in confidence building and attainment.
