Personal profile

Biography

I am currently pursuing a PhD, exploring Customer Motivations and Brand Engagement on Social Media through a comparative study of Tourism and Financial Services in Vietnam and the United Kingdom. My research delves into the customer brand engagement, examining how different cultural contexts influence consumer interactions with brands in digital spaces.

Alongside my academic journey, I work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Northampton, where I actively support both faculty members and students, fostering an engaging and collaborative educational environment.

Before transitioning into academia, I had over a decade of working experience within the financial services sector. I was specialising in project management, training, and customer experience management. This extensive industry experience has provided me with a unique perspective on consumer behavior and engagement.

My passion lies in uncovering the factors that drive meaningful customer brand relationship across cultures in the rapidly evolving landscape of social media. Through my research, teaching, and professional practice, I am committed to contributing to both academic theory and practical strategies that enhance customer engagement and brand management across different service industries.
