Biography
I am an academic and scholar teaching at Northampton Business School at University of Northampton, England,UK. My PhD in Management is from the Stirling Management school, University of Stirling, Scotland, UK.
In the past, I have been teaching and administering course modules at undergraduate and postgraduate level and have been supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research/dissertations as well.Furthermore, I have years of professional consulting and general business managerial experience in multinational companies wherein I managed people and had strategic and operational responsibilities related to Marketing, Purchase, Administration, Training and HR. I supervised HR departments in different companies while reporting to Chief Executives, and thus experiencing the strategic business (HR) management, learning, training and development responsibilities. In addition, I have years of international teaching experience while teaching Management, Human resource Management and Organization Development courses.
I did MSc in Management of Training & Development from University of Edinburgh, UK and studied MBA at IBA Karachi. In addition, I am a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (HEA), UK and a Academic member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK
