Biography

Ouarda Dsouli is a Lecturer in Accounting within the Accounting and Finance division in the University of Northampton, and an active researcher in the field of corporate governance. Ouarda combines an excellent international professional experience within multinational business in Western and Arabic countries and high expertise in the field of business administration for small to medium enterprises.
