Dr. Precious Okunhon (Ph.D) is a Lecturer and early career researcher at the University of Northampton, she instructs and oversees various courses within the Department of Human Resource Management & Leadership. Her research encompasses a broad spectrum, including Human Resource Management (HRM), organizational culture/climate, Business Ethics, Green HRM, and environmental sustainability.
