Biography

Qi Ai (PhD) is a lecturer in strategic management at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Northampton, UK. He received his PhD from Royal Holloway, University of London. His research interests include mergers and acquisitions, knowledge transfer within multinational corporations in emerging markets, and the internationalization of Chinese firms. His work appears in journals such as Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Organization Change Management, and Advances in Mergers and Acquisitions.
