Biography

Dr Rebecca Fakoussa is an international business expert and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Northampton, UK. 

Rebecca studied across Europe in Germany, Spain and the UK. She currently lives in Great Britain where she enthusiastically teaches, consults and publishes. She gained her PhD in Family Business governance from Kingston University in England.   

Rebecca has a career spanning academia, entrepreneurial startups and has diverse, international industry experience. 

Academically, Rebecca teaches internationally from Level 4 (Undergraduate) to Level 8 (Doctoral) including MBA/EMBA and supervises Doctoral candidates. She has PhD students in Entrepreneurship, Business Continuity, Education, Supply Chain and agriculture across a variety of countries including Oman, Myanmar, UAE, Lebanon and the UK. She has taught across the globe including Vietnam, Dubai and China.
