Biography

Samuel Alexander (BA MBA CMgr MCMI) Works in the area of Project Management and is currently supporting North Northamptonshire Council. Alongside that, Samuel works as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Northampton. With a distinguished career spanning various sectors, Samuel has made significant contributions to the gap between both academic and practical realms of project management and business transformation. Samuel supports Northamptonshire through his commitment to children in need as a director of the Crysalys Charitable Trust.

Research Interests

Samuel's research interests lie in the areas of project management, business transformation, strategic leadership, and public service innovation. He is particularly focused on the implementation of innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency and drive positive organisational change. 

Further to the above, the areas of CSR & ESG and the creation and measurement of social value and ‘collective impact’ as a driver of innovation - in which cross-sector partnerships are created for the long-term sustainability and prosperity of the community.
