Biography

Sarah is a senior lecturer in hotel management at the University of Northampton. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Hull. Sarah is an early career researcher, and her research interests include innovation in services, responsible consumption and production (SDG 12), experiential and digital marketing and green practices in services. She is currently involved in a few collaborative research projects and bidding activities. Professionally, Sarah is a member of the Institute of Hospitality since February 2025.
