Siham Elgergeni is a Senior Lecturer in Financial Management in The University of Northampton, where she has devoted 100 percent of her lecturing and research activities for the last eight years. She has valuable experience in teaching Accounting and Finance modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has teaching experience in Accounting and Finance for Managers, International Money and Finance, Financial Environment, Financial Strategy, International Trade, and Financial Numeracy and Skills. Siham has an extensive experience in supervising Accounting Projects and Dissertation for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Siham has research interest in Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Business Sustainability. Presently, Siham is working on an empirical paper titled “Corporate Governance and Voluntary CSR: A Comparison Between Emerging Markets and Developed Markets”. Siham is planning to work on discussion paper on ownership structure and CSR topic.
Siham lives in Northampton, United Kingdom, is interested in horse riding and is trying to ride the horse without instruction.
