Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many businesses, sectors, and communities. MBA students in the UK have also been influenced by the negative impacts of the Pandemic. These negative impacts have been reported within the literature in the past few months. The proposed study will be an attempt to identify factors influencing MBA students’ performance at the time of disruption. The proposed study initially adopts a systematic review for factor identification, followed by primary data collection through a survey and focused groups. The study also aims to develop a set of causal models that demonstrate the causes and effects of these factors in relation to the student’s performance. Causal tracings that will be performed in the models can inform policy evaluation and formulation and pertinent interventions.
