Project Details
Description
The aim of the proposed project is to assess the scope and market availability for products made from fruit-waste ingredients. One of Blue Skies’ key business strategies is to diversify its products whilst simultaneously enhancing the sustainability of its business model. Given that it is a business which generates significant amounts of fruit waste, the natural course of action is to ascertain the market potential for turning that waste into a revenue stream which will not only bring in additional revenues, but also help reduce their waste and carbon emissions.
