1. Knowledge transfer for the establishment and management of an innovation center and incubator
2. Capacity building for the core team of CSIE and HIB
3. Train and build a network of coaches/mentors for the HIB, as well as developing transferable training materials
4. Establish a 5-year business plan for CSIE and the HIB, including a social impact measurement plan
