Project Details
Description
This research proposal seeks to build on the Canon Young People Programme Social Impact Framework (SIMF) designed in 2023-2024, with a focus on two key elements for 2025, namely:
1. The development of regional SIMF, developed with the University of Northampton Social Impact Matrix©, in three countries.
2. The development and piloting of a Photovoice project that draws on the Institute for Social Innovation and Impact’s (ISII) bespoke Photostories methodology.
Each element will produce outputs that will promote the internalisation of social impact at Canon, under the leadership of Canon stakeholders. In addition, the proposal includes pro-bono support for a Youth Advisory Board (YAB) that seeks to give young people a platform to influence the development of the Canon Young People Programme and provide them opportunities for upskilling, led by the research team.
