This project aims to improve the programming skills and overall academic performance of Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) undergraduate students in Computing programmes. By employing students to provide peer support in specific modules (four in total over the academic year), the intervention will provide targeted support to enhance student retention, satisfaction, and progression.
