By gathering qualitative data through focus groups and interviews, the GEM students’ voice will be shared and heard to improve mentorship and support during their school placement experiences.
The project will provide tailored workshops and resources to address the unique challenges these students face, promote inclusivity, and enhance their school placement experiences. The project will include a clear evaluation process to ensure its effectiveness and sharing of good practice.
