Description
The creation of a toolkit to support Supervising social work practitioners and foster carers to explore mobile phone and Internet use by children and young people in care to improve their capacity to:
1.Communicate effectively and knowledgeably with children and young people in care about their mobile phone and Internet use.
2.Explore how children and young people in care keep themselves safe whilst online and provide support with this
3.Negotiate the use of mobile devices and the Internet in the fostering setting whilst taking into account the wishes and feelings of the child or young person
