Northamptonshire Cancer Prevention Health Inequalities: building a sustainable, co-produced evaluation framework

A funded intervention from the ICB will identify and work with at risk groups for low outcomes on the basis of early screening, intervention and treatment for a range of cancer types. This bid has been designed with three primary aims to enhance the outcome of the funded intervention being completed by the ICB:
1.To support cross-interventional learning between existing health teams working within public and community engagement to enhance health outcomes across Northamptonshire
2.To co-develop an evaluation framework for the Northamptonshire Cancer Prevention Health Inequalities intervention with intervention staff and members of local communities (patient representatives)
3.To support delivery of the evaluation of the intervention through an innovative approach of training and mentoring staff of the delivery partners to undertake the project work themselves, developing future capacity within local organisations who are partners of the ICB.
