Pathways for Recovery is a part funded European Social Fund, SEMLEP wide comprehensive employment support initiative focused on helping those most disadvantaged in our communities due to the impact of COVID-19. The research would utilise a longitudinal mixed-methods design across the evaluation that would include both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Although the research will include both research methods, emphasis is placed on qualitative information gained through the participants’ personal narrative. The overall aims of the evaluation are:
To explore and understand the participants journey through the project.
To assess the efficacy of Pathways 4 Recovery in working with its partners and participants with complex needs.
To develop a social impact measurement framework to evaluate the impact of the project for participants and society.
Through a mixed-method, the evaluation will address the project’s effectiveness in relation to the following research aims:
