Project Details

Description

Since its establishment in 2014, the ISII has become influential and internationally recognised for its consistent production of high-quality academic research and support for third sector/non-profit organisations. Boasting a multi-disciplinary team with in-depth knowledge of a range of topics, the ISII has worked with a range of local, national, and international partners and stakeholders, delivering social impact assessments, participatory action projects, and cross-cultural research.

The ISII have created a range of workshops that are both affordable and allow smaller organisations to access high quality support, including our ‘Social Impact Measurement’ workshop. This ‘ Social Impact Measurement’ workshop aims to equip organisations with the knowledge and skills to design and embed social impact measurement into programmes through the following six learning outcomes:
1.Strengthen understanding of social impact measurement
2.Understand and explain the business case for measuring social impact
3.Understanding the role of impact in sustainability (including, linking impact to SDGs)
4.Build practical knowledge in selecting ‘best practice’ approaches to social impact measurement
5.Creating a tailored Theory of Change to support social impact measurement
6.Design impact map and social impact measurement plan
