Project Details
Description
‘Life beyond the library’ takes a reflective look at the stories behind research, the motivations, challenges and successes of researching. Often the journey is missed when reflecting on research as the outputs from research are prioritised. This initiative takes a journey with the people in the process with an aim to offer a realistic and gritty view of researching with technology.
The CADE roadshow will be formed of four, 2-hour roadshow events. Two will be held on campus, one in our local community and one online event. The roadshows will each focus upon one of the four areas of the strategic plan: Aspiration, Inclusivity, Sustainability and Trust.
Each roadshow will feature a range of researchers (ECRs, professional services, technicians and academics) who are using digital technologies as part of their research or as a research tool.
