Description
This study explores the intricate relationship between social integration, sense of belonging, and feelings of imposterism among International Postgraduate students. Utilising a listening rooms approach, the research aims to uncover students' subjective experiences and perceptions of social integration within the university community, examining how these relate to imposterism. This study uniquely highlights how intersectional identities, encompassing international student status and diverse backgrounds, profoundly shape students' sense of belonging and vulnerability to imposterism. A key focus is to understand how positive social connections and belonging might mitigate imposterism and to identify the coping mechanisms international students employ in navigating imposterism.
