The use of technology in English Courtrooms: An Observational Analysis

This project provides insight into the impact of video-link technology in the criminal courts in England and Wales. Through the lens of ensuring the quality of justice delivered in the courts, this research aims to provide analysis based on courtroom observations, with a view to evaluating factors such as the ability to participate in proceedings, the clarity of communication, the efficiency of proceedings and access to legal representation.
