Description
Work It Out is a pre-engagement NEET programme that offers personal development sessions, functional skills Maths and English sessions and work experience and volunteering. Work It Out is delivered across six areas of the county including Cinderford, Stroud, Cirencester Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Tewkesbury. Students receive an incentive with a weekly payment of up to £30 a week. This evaluation will examine the impact of Work It Out, with emphasis on the social impact of the programme.
