Abstract

This briefing describes how Northampton Business School works to ensure that distance-learning MBA students from a particular professional background (in HM Armed Forces) succeed at and enjoy their studies. We ensure that students are enabled to both draw on their career experience as a source of insight as well as tailor their approach to two key assessments to meet the individual’s current and future development needs. The testimonials which pepper this briefing provide the student voice perspective on their experiences of studying with us.
