In today's volatile international business (IB) environment, multinational enterprises (MNEs) face numerous challenges, including economic fluctuations, political and regulatory changes, and rapid technological advancements. This article explores how MNEs adapt their strategies and operations to navigate such turbulence effectively. Key strategies include diversification, enhancing flexibility and agility, and robust risk management. Operational adjustments focus on optimising supply chains, managing global human resources, and integrating sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Furthermore, leveraging technology and innovation, such as digital transformation and cybersecurity, plays a crucial role in maintaining competitiveness. By understanding and addressing these challenges, MNEs can achieve long-term success in the global market.

The international business (IB) environment is marked by constant changes and uncertainties, making it imperative for multinational enterprises (MNEs) to continuously adapt their strategies and operations.
