Abstract
This presentation is an Invited Keynote at the Statssekretæren åpner den 3.nordiske LP-konferansen (Norwegian Special Education Conference), held in Tonsberg, Norway. It focusses on the ways that class teachers can construct learning environments which are appropriate for all students. It emphasises the importance of the self-actualisation of teachers in this process.
